Consolidations and SEC Manager
NAPP is looking for a Consolidations and SEC Manager. The person will be responsibly for completing monthly consolidated financial statements, developing a new financial reporting package to support external filings and management reporting. This person will also complete quarterly from 10-Q and annual 10-k Proxy.

The Senior Tax Accountant will assist in the preparation of the federal and state income tax returns by the established due dates, including coordinating information from business units. The Senior Tax Accountant will also assist in the preparation of quarterly estimates and the reconciliation of all income tax liability, deferred tax accounts and foreign tax withholding accounts.

Senior Project Manager - Multiple Locations
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for identifying new and innovative opportunities for automation and controls within the demand response program. This individual will play a leadership role in generating process re-engineering / re-design ideas for the client. He/She will also be responsible for the meeting of new revenues and energy savings targets for the identified initiatives. He/She will lead re-engineering or process improvement efforts, from scoping and business case design to successful execution of project objectives. Analyze business processes and/or functions with the aim of improving effectiveness and efficiency by streamlining processes/systems. Develop clear and compelling recommendations and share opportunities with Senior/ Executive Management. Partner with senior management groups to drive and oversee projects. Must have experience in managing teams and budgets, tracking progress and deliverables by managing scope and milestones. Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills - must be able to work in a complex organization on integrated teams horizontally and vertically within organization with the ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently. Six Sigma experience a plus.


Risk Valuation Modeling Manager - NJ, CA, IL
Manage the Risk Validation Modeling function for large wholesale and retail electric functions. This is for the validation of current and proposed guidelines used to approve demand response technology investments nationwide. This information will also be used to design new products and target new markets. Three years performing in this capacity for a similar business with a large portfolio using SAS and modeling tools.


Business Development Representative - TX, MI, TN, FL, KS, WA, MI, TN, CA
The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to develop new business by assertively identifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities for demand response, selling energy control equipment and other products and services to the mid to large-sized business. We are looking to hire one or two people in several Major markets throughout the United States. Three to five years outside sales experience with history of prior sales success. Electric industry experience is a plus but not required. Adept at new business development, comfortable in cold calling in person and over the phone with the ability to create leads (self-source) and close deals. Consultative, value-add selling methods with the ability to work independently (entrepreneurial makeup). He/She should have the ability to uncover customer needs, skilled at canvassing a regional market, and excellent presentation skills. Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must have minimum 3 years B2B calling experience.
